Mini Rant: Henry Cavill

I’m really tired, but I thought I’d rant for a bit on something that has been bugging me. Now, I have been waiting for a Superman remake since God knows when, and finally, I don’t have to wait much longer. Man of Steel looks like it’s going to be a great film, and I think Henry Cavill will play an amazing Clark Kent. Might I add, I think he would play Christian Grey very well if 50 Shades of Grey becomes a movie. So would Michael Fassbender. The only thing is when I was in the theater watching The Dark Knight Rises, and the preview for the movie came on, there was an obnoxious group of girls sitting in front of us saying that the only reason they were going to see the movie was because “that Superman guy is hot”. I was like ohmygod, you don’t even know who he is! Not only is he extremely attractive with a gorgeous British accent, he also happens to be a phenomenal actor. I can’t be the only one who has seen him in his previous movies/shows?! I saw Tristan+Isolde, The Tudors, and the Count of Monte Cristo, which is my favorite movie of all time. I knew of Henry when he was super adorable and looked like this:

And I still thought he was very attractive. So please don’t start saying that he is your favorite actor when you don’t even know his name, or when you can’t name any other films he’s been in. 

“Not only is he extremely attractive with a gorgeous British accent, he also happens to be a phenomenal actor.” Couldn’t have said it better.
